Tobique Gaming Commission Integrates iGaming ADR Dispute Resolution

The Tobique Gaming Commission has integrated iGaming ADR as its official dispute-resolution provider. The regulatory change expands the jurisdiction’s licensing framework for online gambling operators.

Dispute Resolution and Licensing Terms

iGaming ADR previously handles player complaints across Anjouan, Nevis, and Curaçao. The new agreement directs conflicts involving withdrawals, identity verification, bonus conditions, and game fairness to a neutral third party. Operators no longer manage these cases solely through internal support departments.

The Tobique program functions under the Gaming Act 2023. A single license covers all business-to-consumer verticals, with a zero percent gaming tax and approval periods of four to eight weeks. The framework provides a faster processing alternative to the Kahnawake licensing queue.
