Pennsylvania Gaming Revenue Hits Record $7 Billion in 2025-26

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board reported that the state's gaming revenue exceeded $7 billion for the first time during the 2025-26 fiscal year. The total gross gaming revenue reached $7,005,987,435, marking a new historical high for the region.

The financial report indicates consistent growth over the last decade. The state collected $3,098,193,58 in taxes and fees, which also represents a record amount for a single fiscal year.

Segment Breakdown

iGaming remained the leading revenue generator, contributing $2.9 billion. This segment saw an 18.42 percent increase compared to the previous year. Sports wagering also showed strong growth, rising 35.95 percent to $662.9 million.

Retail slot machines generated $2.4 billion, a 0.02 percent increase, with Parx Casino as the top contributor. Table game revenue declined by 2.15 percent to $908.9 million, led by Wind Creek Bethlehem. Video gaming terminals earned $41.6 million, while fantasy contests dropped 5.79 percent to $18 million.
