Hugo Baungartner has joined PG Soft as general manager for Latin America. The appointment was confirmed on July 10, 2026, following his departure from Esportes Gaming Brasil in Brazil at the end of June.

PG Soft operates as a digital gaming content provider with established operations in Brazil. The company is expanding its regional footprint through this hire. Baungartner brings more than 29 years of industry experience in Brazil. His previous positions include chief commercial officer at Grupo Aposta Ganha and roles at RCT Gaming. He has also participated in regulatory discussions with Brazil’s Secretariat of Prizes and Bets regarding online gaming and sports betting frameworks.
